Terms and Conditions

1. Cancellation by Customer

Customers may cancel their booking through the website/app or by contacting our support team.

Cancellation Timeline

More than 4 days before the event

  • 100% refund of the booking amount.

2 – 4 days before the event

  • 50% refund of the booking amount.

Less than 48 hours before the event

  • No refund will be provided.

No-show

  • If participants do not arrive for the scheduled slot, the booking will be treated as a no-show and no refund / reschedule will be issued.

2. Rescheduling Policy

Customers may request to reschedule their booking once subject to availability.

Rescheduling requests must be made at least 2 days before the event start time.

  • The new slot must be selected within 30 days of the original booking date.
  • Rescheduling is subject to slot availability.

3. Cancellation by Us

In rare cases, Patanwala may cancel or reschedule events due to:

  • Weather conditions
  • Safety concerns / Maintenance
  • Operational reasons
  • Government restrictions or unforeseen circumstances

In such cases, customers will be offered:

  • Option to reschedule to another available date, or
  • Full refund.

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method.


4. Late Arrivals

Participants are requested to arrive at least 10–15 minutes before the scheduled start time.

  • Late arrivals may miss portions of the event.
  • Entry after the event has started may be restricted for safety or operational reasons.
  • No refund will be issued for missed portions due to late arrival.

5. Participant Eligibility

Certain activities may have age restrictions or safety requirements.

If a participant does not meet the eligibility requirements stated during booking, entry may be denied without refund.


6. Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.
  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used during booking.
  • Processing timelines may vary depending on the payment provider.

7. Force Majeure

Patanwala will not be liable for cancellations due to events beyond reasonable control including:

  • Natural disasters
  • Government restrictions
  • Public health emergencies
  • Transportation disruptions

In such cases, customers will be offered rescheduling or refund options where possible.
